 How to Use

Use 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 2.5–3g) of the blend per 250 ml of freshly boiled water.
Cover and steep for 12–15 minutes.
Drink warm and slowly.

  • Afternoon: Happy Liver — once daily, ideally 30 minutes after your main meal
